Added bike rack modification the back of the hitch rack. Came in handy while camping at Deception Pass.

Roof Rack Mod
Also need to mod the Yakima Mega Warrior roof rack. Added mesh material with zip ties. Will eventually weld mesh in place. With the Gobi ladder and all the camping stuff we put on top of the 4Runner/Land Cruiser this was a necessity.
Hitch Rack Continued
Added even more square tubing supports to help with stability. Worked great while 4 Wheelin and camping in Idaho 4th of July weekend. I think my son Colin had fun help with the welding.

New 1970 HKO Resto Mod
Acquired another trail 70 frame and parts to put the extra 4 speed motor in. Cool part is the frame is a 1970 HKO 4 speed bike. Pretty rare frame. The extra motor had to have a new stator installed. Found out the hard way that ..that was the problem. Anyway ...here is the cheap restoration mod. No light or electrical for now. Just a kill switch. Used a couple cans of Charcoal Duplicolor wheel paint and clearcoat for the frame.
Here the $100 acquisition:
Had to cut the old tires to get at the rusted bead. A cutoff wheel took care of the bead and the rusty wheel halves came right off.
Had to order new pipe, frame stickers, throttle cable and grips, brake pads and parts, tubes and tires, and chain....oh and a new seat and bracket combo.
Runs great. Needs updated suspension though. New rear shocks and forks rebuild are next.

Electrical Problems 2016
Decided to finally convert the new Lifan motors over to 12 volt system. Colin's bike (the blue one) worked without a hitch. My bike on the other hand had multiple issues included a small fire. I fried the sub harness I got from DRATV, two CDI units and finally the Stator. Currently running hot wired with a kill switch again but with a new automatic. I fixed the manual 4 speed but decided to install a new automatic to make it easier for kids to ride. Here are some shots fo the new motor and stator.
